The location on the beach at Del Mar is second to none. Get there early, especially on weekends, for the best tables inside and out even if you have a reservation. Experience Californian sunsets (with legendary green flash), ocean breezes, and a walk along the beach post-meal to help work it off. My kids also love to jump in the ocean after lunch. Oh plus the food and service are excellent!

Great Spot to take a lady, and a pup. Cool environment and fucked down near the beach. If you are visiting San Diego, defiantly a place to see.

When friends ask for a place to eat along the ocean, I always recommend Jake's. Consistent quality and a superior wait staff. We always start off with their famous calamari and sweet/spicy sauce. On our last visit, my party raved about their scallops, mahi mahi, seared ahi and giant prawns. Sean, our waiter who is a student at UCSD, did a perfect job making our dining experience a TEN!

My favorite in the world! I love this one so much. You have to get the sea bass. And go right before sunset, the view is phenomenal! The bar is totally cute, and the staff is super friendly. Kind of weird to get to it, but worth it once you make it there. Oh, and get the smoked salmon appetizer, to die for!!

You can't beat the food, service, or atmosphere for a Chinese restaurant.

Healthy Mexican food, what a concept. Great veggie burrito, free spicy carrots. Is a bit spendy, but you'll save on medical bills in the future. Eat up kid, its good for you!

I can vouch for the veggie items on the menu to be INSANE and CHEAP and not gonna gut bomb you later. Light burritos soooooooo goood. I probably chomp one down every week. Nachos sooooo good, but make sure you get them with pinto beans if you are vegetarian. MMMMMMMMM just thinking about it makes me want one...i'd write more but i think i need to go get a light burrito now.

This is the same kitchen as Pacific Coast Grill. The food is awesome and it would be hard to find a better view in Del Mar.

Just eating there last week was a true delight. We were greeted at the door by the manager and escorted to our table which had an awesome view of the ocean. The service and food were wonderful.

This particular McDonald's is located right off the Via de la Valle exit on the 5. It has 2 drive thru lanes (which should have been an indicator that they get busy). I went for breakfast today and it took a good 10-15 minutes. Sbicca is an overall good restaurant. They have a decent menu selection. The real differentiator with Sbicca is that they have HALF PRICE BOTTLES OF WINE every Tuesday and Thursday night. They have a very good wine list as well. Their website is http://www.sbiccabistro.com.

Carl and his staff are amazing!

Just got back from eating at Market Restaurant and I loved every second! I felt welcomed the second we walked in. Best dinning experience to date and would highly recommend the restaurant. Our waiter was Richard he was very nice and very accommodatingly to my "gluten free" diet. Thank you!!!
